
On the subject of green tea weight loss, Wikipedia, says there are no pages on weight loss management and green tea on the government website Pubmed.com. On Pubmed.com however, a search for green tea and obesity reveals that Wikipedia is blatantly wrong, with literally hundreds of articles showing that green tea does in fact, at least have some effect on losing weight. Up until now, most of the research has centered on a component of tea known as epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). This article, will focus primarily on three different studies, preformed by different universities, which show how the addition of tea can be an excellent supplement in your weight loss regimen.
