When one is being overrun by toxins, organs like the small and large intestine do not function as efficiently as before, so you can be deficient on important nutrients since they won't be able to help your body absorb the nutrients from the food you eat. Another well-known method for detoxification is the Sauna. Saunas are a great way to release toxins in the body through sweating. One specialized procedure created by the Japanese is called the Far Infrared Sauna, and has been claimed to provide excellent detoxification results.
